Hi, I'm Jan-Steven Merson
A passionate street photographer and travel enthusiast originally from Brooklyn, NY. After 15+ years as a landscape photographer, I discovered the excitement of street photography during a weeklong adventure in Los Angeles and Orange County.
That experience changed everything. Today I travel the world capturing candid, unscripted moments while teaching students how to see and photograph everyday life with confidence.
Photography is about capturing one moment in time and turning it into lasting art. Whether it's the energy of city streets or the beauty of a landscape, my goal is to share that journey with every student.
